I just opened this tote bag and noticed there was a small cut (snip) on the side. (Noticable hole) Not happy with this and won't order from this shop again JoAnn Baxter UPDATE on REVIEW. This shop was very quick to fix this problem..I was sent another tote bag within days and it is perfect.
